The review of the OHADA accounting system symbol of the evolution towards IFRS standards was the focus of this study. It is about understanding how business leaders perceive the evolution from OHADA standards to IFRS standards. To conduct this study, we opted for a qualitative approach. As a result, we did semi-direct interviews with twenty-five business leaders in Cameroun (18 Cameroonian business leaders and 7 multinational business leaders). The data collected was exploited through content analysis via NVivo10 software. However, the results show that the accounting innovations of SYSCOHADA allow the production and communication of more relevant accounting and financial information for users. Likewise, managers of multinational companies believe that OHADA must fully converge towards IFRS. This perception is contrast to that of Cameroonian business leaders who cite the contextual contrast as the main obstacle and therefore taking into account the specificities of this contrast will be an asset for full convergence towards IFRS.

The son of Douaouf, the brilliant, scribe of the early XIIth Dynasty Xty " Khety " said this : "The man continues to subsist after reaching the haven of death and his actions are beside him in a heap. " If regression is the main cause of the alarming situation of Africa and its tails the perceptibles consequences at all levels, the solution to this problem is eminently political. It inevitably involves the constitution of a pan-African State. For men, there is no unity without memory of the past. In fact, the construction of a federal state inevitably involves the restoration of African historical consciousness. There is no national and federal identity without a common language. The unification of Africa will only be possible if it takes the measure of its linguistic unification issue. To a lesser extent but like Cheikh Anta Diop in his book titled the Cultural Unity, I was animated throughout this heuristic by the idea that only the true knowledge of the past can maintain the consciousness and the feeling of a historical continuity essential to the consolidation of a nation for the purpose of building a multinational state in line with its past. Like Cheikh Anta Diop, I build my sureness on the legitimate idea that a people who lost a significant part of their historical memory must engage in the investigation of their past in every possible way. This investigation can take the contours of a reconnection with its past through so-called old languages. But a people can not live only with by merely repeating of what others tell them about themselves. The investigation through its linguistic past allows especially a direct knowledge of oneself. In addition to the fact that this knowledge simply highlights its weaknesses, it allows also to become aware by an introspective and therefore reflective of its real abilities and strengths. It structures being and the consciousness of being to resist any form of servile and degrading ideology. This quest for the past, not founded on blind passion but objectivity, nourishes a healthy ambition for a real universalism. To know one's past is already to project one's future. To know one's past is to give oneself the capacity to be able to bring to others in a perspective of giving and receiving. To know one's past is to refuse intellectual guardianship and wait-and-seeism. To know one's past is to be reborn.

This they did by effecting their own selections, shaping a distinctive idiom of discourse, all the while citing, responding to, reflecting upon, Scripture's own words in Scripture's own context and for Scripture's own purpose : the here and now of eternal truth. And the rabbis of the first six centuries A.D. through the compilation presented here not only wrote with Scripture, but set forth a statement that was meant to be coherent and proportioned, well-crafted and well-composed. Since the statement concerned the distinctively-theological question of God's and Israel's relationship with one another, we must classify the writing as theological and find out how, in the compilation before us, their theological structure accomplished the authorship's goals. This anthology aims at doing just that. It presents a complete account of how the classical Midrash-text treat a theme of urgent interest to the world today : how Judaism writes with Scripture about the issues of religion that confront all the faithful.

Hymns: The Making and Shaping of a Theology for the Whole People of God
The theological potential of hymns has never been fully exploited. This study shows how hymns communicate theology and enable those without a formal theological education to enter into theological debate. A nineteenth century collection of English hymns and some contemporary Bemba hymns from the Zambian Copperbelt are examined and compared, within their theological, cultural and social contexts, to discover their response to death, judgement, heaven and hell. From this comparison and a study of how hymns are used in these churches, a model emerges whereby hymns can be used to make and shape theology. This model is observed in a Zambian parish and is also shown in practice in an English parish. Finally, there is a reflection on the implications of this model for Missiology and Ecclesiology showing, among other things, the need for a radical reassessment of the relationship between professional theologians and the rest of the Church.

To be or not to be, Ernst Lubitsch. Un classique dans l'histoire
To Be Or Not To Be a suscité une abondante littérature critique au cours de ces trente dernières années, et la récente mise au programme du film au baccalauréat a accru encore cette production. Mais le film d'Ernst Lubitsch est une matière inépuisable, surtout lorsqu'on l'approche avec un faisceau de méthodes capables de révéler ce qui était jusqu'ici resté dans l'ombre. Le lecteur amateur ou spécialiste, l'enseignant et l'étudiant de cinéma trouveront dans ce livre non seulement tout ce qu'on attend d'une étude du film en termes d'histoire, d'esthétique, de style, de contenu, mais ils trouveront bien davantage, grâce à des spécialistes d'histoire, d'histoire culturelle, de sociologie, de génétique, de philosophie, d'études germaniques. Tous analysent le film avec la précision critique qu'on devrait toujours attendre de la passion cinéphilique. Le riche point de vue de François Genton et Matthias Steinle permet d'approcher le versant germanique du film, parfois sacrifié à sa dimension de comédie "américaine". La question de l'engagement des Etats-Unis dans la Seconde Guerre mondiale est de nouveau mise sur le métier : Katalin Por examine en détail le contexte d'écriture et de production du film, Alain Kleinberger brosse un panorama des comédies qui constituent le cadre culturel, générique et cinématographique du film de Lubitsch, Jacqueline Nacache se demande si Lubitsch avait pour but d'expliquer le nazisme ou d'en exposer l'incompréhensible nature. Enfin, le film étant proposé à l'analyse des lycéens, Barbara Laborde examine le film à la lumière de la nouvelle épreuve du baccalauréat et en déploie les ressources esthétiques et théoriques que permet la confrontation des photogrammes. Au terme de cette lecture, on n'aura certes pas fini de découvrir tous les sens, exposés ou voilés, de ce film exceptionnel. Mais To Be Or Not To Be apparaîtra sous un nouveau jour à tous ceux qui l'aiment et l'admirent depuis longtemps, et ne manquera pas d'émerveiller ceux qui le découvrent et l'analysent pour la première fois.

Chef d'oeuvre d'Ernst Lubitsch, To be or not to be est une démonstration de virtuosité technique, un sommet de la production hollywoodienne de l'âge d'or. Au-delà des stars qu'il mobilise, il représente l'aboutissement d'un savoir-faire collectif : l'imagination de Melchior Lengyel, la photographie de Rudolf Maté, la musique de Werner Heyman, le métier et les accents de Félix Bressart et de Sig Ruman, les seconds rôles fétiches de Lubitsch, contribuent à la construction de sa qualité artistique singulière. A new thematic theory is demonstrated in this book. Thematic theories and their antecedents (Gruber 1965, Fillmore 1968) are to account for morphosyntactic phenomena (concerning argument structures) whose determining factors are likely to be of a semantic nature/origin. But what is the relevant semantic information ? And how is it to be captured (and formalized)? As is shown by the wide variety of competing current thematic theories, there is no consensus upon these crucial questions. The novel starting-point proposed in this book is the creation of a semantic basis where traditional roles (Agent, Patient, Instrument, etc.) are dispensed with. Instead, a special comparative analysis of morphologically related argument structure versions will provide the relevant semantic information, which makes it possible to associate argument frames with rich internal structures via exact formal calculations. Abstract positions in these internal structures are substituted for thematic roles, in harmony with the spirit of Saussure's structuralism.

The Propagation of Electromagnetic Waves Through, Along and Over a Three-Dimensional Conducting Half Space
A representation in terms of explicitly given generalized eigenfunctions is obtained for the semigroup S(t) = exp(-ixt) solving the Cauchy problem for the time-dependent Maxwell equations in the case of two distinct media filling the upper and lower half spaces of R3, whereby the upper medium is loss-free, while the lower has finite conductivity. The solution u = S(t)f, fED(1), can be written in the form u = uo+uo+uso+us++us-+op+up. Here uo and uo are, respectively, static and quasistatic parts of the solution : us+ and us+ consists of a superposition of AH modes -- modes whose frequencies have no real part and thus do not propagate ; uxx consist of superpositions of surface-wave modes, propagating in opposite directions according to + or -; uop and up are superpositions of plane-wave modes having the frequencies of the upper and lower media respectively. The structure of the AH and surface-wave components is determined : the are essentially scalar waves, and it is shown how such waves can be constructed explicitly from solutions of a simple problem for the scalar wave equation.
