Le fait de bien connaitre les matériels que nous utilisons nous permettra de l'utilisé comme il se doit. Dans ce livre on aura à parler sur l'ordinateur (ses composants matérielles, les fonctionnements de ces quelque matérielles), nous aurons à parler du système de numérisation.

Indigenization of Language in the African Francophone Novel
Indigenization of Language in the African Francophone Novel : A New Literary Canon discusses the question of indigenization in the African Francophone novel. Analyzing the prose narratives of Nazi Boni, Ahmadou Kourouma, and Patrice Nganang, this book contends that African literature written in European languages is primarily a creative translation process. Recourse to European languages as a medium of expressing African imagination, worldview, and cultures in fictional writing poses problems of intelligibility. Developed to express and reflect Western worldviews and sensibilities, European languages are employed by African writers to convey messages that seem to be at variance with European imagination. These writers find themselves writing in languages they wish to subvert through the technique of literary indigenization. The significance of this study resides in its raising awareness to the hurdles that literary creativity in a polyglossic context may present to readers and translators. This book provides answers to intriguing questions centering on the problematic of translation in contemporary African literature. It is a contribution to current research aimed at unraveling the conundrum surrounding the language question in African Europhone fiction, particularly the cultural functions of translation in literature. Potential translation problems have to be addressed in order to make African literature written in European languages intelligible to global readership. With the advent of globalization, transcultural communication has become an activity of enormous importance to the international community. It is a subject of great interest to translators, linguists, language instructors, and literary theorists.

Intra-Group Arrangements under Articles 85 and 86 of the Treaty Establishing the European Economic Community
The theory of enterprise unity is of particular importance to multinational enterprises with many affiliates. The law pertaining to the relationship of the various entities within such a group has to address itself to a whole array of problems. The comparison of the approaches taken by the legal systems surveyed is concerned with the antitrust perspective as discernible from the enforcement practice. The possible application of the Competition Rules to such intra-group arrangements involves an examination of conspiratorial situations in which corporate personnel, agents, unincorporated divisions and incorporated subsidiaries as well as corporations owned by the same person(s) take part.

Foreign Devils investigates representations of exile in Hollywood cinema from 1930 to 1956 through the films of Peter Lorre, Béla Lugosi, and Conrad Veidt. This book dispels the assumption that by virtue of its hegemonic, reactionary, and exclusionary modes of representation, otherness is excluded from or only obliquely alluded to in classical Hollywood cinema. This book contends that Hollywood uses European émigré actors to speak of the experience of exile and the often-futile exilic attempts at integration into the host nation. This original, cross-disciplinary study incorporates a number of research interests in film studies – specifically Hollywood cinema, exile and émigré filmmakers, the Golden Age of the studio system, the Universal Horror cycle, and Poverty Row filmmaking. Foreign Devils combines the close reading of key texts with a theoretical framework that encompasses body theory and theories of space and nation with historical accounts of immigration to the United States and American concepts of nationhood through the symbolism of blood and death studies. L'ingénierie inverse (ou reverse engineering), qui consiste dans l'opération de désassemblage d'un objet pour en comprendre le fonctionnement, constitue une pratique courante depuis l'Antiquité. La place grandissante de l'innovation dans l'économie, la mondialisation des échanges, la numérisation généralisée sont autant de développements récents invitant à examiner l'appréhension juridique de ce phénomène par le droit. Si l'ingénierie inverse ne connaît aujourd'hui ni définition générale ni régime propre en droit français, elle n'en demeure pas moins visée directement par certaines dispositions juridiques (en droit d'auteur et en droit du secret des affaires), tandis que d'autres branches du droit peuvent également être sollicitées à son sujet (que l'on se place en droit civil ou en droit pénal).
