Ecrivains marocains du Monde comporte un grand nombre d'entre eux résidant et écrivant en dehors de l'hexagone et du Maroc, en fait, à travers le monde, entre autres en : Allemagne, Angleterre, Belgique, Brésil, Canada, Egypte, Espagne, Etats-Unis, Guinée, Israël, Italie, Jordanie, océan Indien, Norvège, Pays-Bas, Philippines, Sénégal, Suisse et Tchécoslovaquie. C'est dire que des Marocains écrivent partout en français, en arabe et même dans la langue du pays d'accueil contribuant ainsi par la variété et la qualité de leurs écrits à redéfinir dans la pensée marocaine l'entité ou la caractéristique nationale qui passe par am élargissement de l'espace géolinguistique. Ce premier volume est réservé aux dix-sept écrivains suivants au Canada : Mary Abécassis Obadia, Georges Amsellem, Sylvia Assouline, Rachida Azdouz, Abderrahman Beggar, George Bénay, Yvette Bénayoun-Szmidt, Salomon Benbaruck, David Bendayan, Clémence Bendelac-Lévy, Mostafa Benfares, Kamal Benkirane, David Bensoussan, Fiby Bensoussan, Sofia Benyahia, Majid Blal et Radouane Bnou-Nouçair. Ces écrivains et écrivaines, juifs et musulmans, femmes et hommes, toutes générations confondues, qui écrivent en français et en anglais réalisant une variété d'écrits dans différents genres : poésie, récits, romans, nouvelles, dramaturgie et essais. Leur production apparaît comme une manifestation exemplaire et singulière sans cesse renouvelée qui vise à mettre en lumière les enjeux intertextuels qui se tissent entre la littérature et l'histoire de l'immigration, à vivifier le dialogue entre cultures et civilisations dans ce pays qui vise à concilier les réalités, à souder les continents et à enrichir la condition humaine en pratiquant à la fois le partage, la connaissance, la reconnaissance et la fraternité universelle.

In this series of papers, we investigate the relative index theorem from the point of view of algebraic analysis. On a complex manifold X, let M he a coherent Dx-module and F an IR-mnstruc-tible sheaf. The complex RHompx (M, RHom(F, Ox)) is the complex of solutions of the system of PDE represented by M in the sheaf of generalized holomorphic functions associated to F. A natural problem is to find conditions under which such a complex has finite dimensional global cohomology and then to compute the corresponding Euler-Poincaré characteristic. We prove the finiteness theorem when (M, F) has compact support and is "elliptic", i.e. : char(M) n SS(F) C TxX where char(M) is the characteristic variety of M, SS(F) is the micro-support of F and TxX is the zero section of the cotangent bundle. In fact, we give a relative version of this finiteness result together with the associated duality theorem and Künneth formula. Our methods rely upon results of functional analysis over a .sheaf of Fréchet algebras obtained by one of the authors. Next, we attach a "microloeal Order class" µeu(M, F) E H2dx char M+SSF (T X ; D) to any elliptic pair (M, F) and prove that, under natural assumptions, this class is compatible with direct images, inverse images and external products. J'y raconte des histoires qui me sont arrivées dans mon quartier en faisant intervenir quelquefois des amis sans tomber dans les clichés classiques de la banlieue. J'essaye de parler juste, mais déjà je sais pertinemment que les histoires que je raconte sont très très loin de ce qui se passe réellement dans les banlieues de nos jours. J'essaye de toujours rester en action. La journée, j'écris, je m'occupe de mes enfants et j'attends que la nuit tombe pour dessiner... je peux pas trop avant. Je tente de monter des projets de réinsertion par la bande dessinée, la narration graphique moderne. Et, à partir des années 1960, une nouvelle vie s'offre à lui avec Fanny, sa dernière compagne. Auprès de celle-ci, il trouve la sérénité, se passionnant pour le taoïsme et l'art contemporain. Les figures d'Hergé et de Tintin finiront alors par se confondre, notamment lors du retour médiatique en 1981 de Tchang Tchong-Jen, qui avait inspiré Le Lotus bleu, dérobant aux yeux du public le véritable Georges Remi, que ce livre fait enfin apparaître. Biographie de l'auteur Benoît Mouchart, directeur artistique du Festival international de la bande dessinée d'Angoulême, est également l'auteur de livres consacrés au romancier Jean-Patrick Manchette et à la chanteuse Brigitte Fontaine. François Rivière est romancier, journaliste littéraire, biographe (Agatha Christie, Frédéric Dard, Enyd Blyton), scénariste d'une soixantaine d'albums de bande dessinée et membre du comité éditorial de " Bouquins ".

Queen Vispa and King Dungammei are the beloved rulers of their respective kingdoms. The two territories live in harmony, sharing a temple that crosses their mutual border, but they pray to different gods and have little in common outside of geography. The monarchs seem an unlikely pair, but when each violates the rules of the temple - one by entering the temple as a woman, and the other by praying to the other kingdom's god - both find themselves abandoned by their people, deciding soon after to declare the approval and presence of both gods in their hearts, as well as their love for each other. The King and Queen's subjects also abandon the shared temple, leaving it to the disobedient pair and building separate temples in their own territories. The monarchs' happy life together is, however, short-lived, as Queen Vispa dies upon giving birth to their child Delarai. The King is urged to repent and return to his kingdom. He complies, leaving princess Delarai with Magi, a nurse from a remote village, to raise her. Delarai rows up in near isolation, far from other people, spending most of her time among flowers and animals of the beautiful temple garden. Meanwhile, battles rage between the two kingdoms following the King's return. Delaware, a son begotten to the King and his next wife, gets badly wounded some years later in an attempt to stop the fighting. On his deathbed, the Prince insists on being taken to the forbidden temple to be buried there. The King, though ill himself, agrees to fulfill his son's dying wish. It is there where Delarai, having become quite an expert at herbal remedies, comes to their aid, preparing a special potion while praying to the temple's two gods in her nurse Magi's native language. As Delarai completes the life-saving act of curing the Prince, she tries to call for Magi, but the word that leaves her lips is "magic". Those who witness the event soon spread the word, and Delarai becomes recognized across both kingdoms as the creator of magic. The King, however, succumbs to old age, imparting his last kernel of wisdom unto his daughter : the two temple gods are one and the same. Le destin tragique des cinq " presque reines ". Ecartées de l'histoire, échappées à la narration nationale, les dauphines de France sont les grandes oubliées des XVIIe, XVIIIe et XIXe siècles. Le temps des Bourbons n'a guère retenu les noms de celles qui, par leur naissance et leur mariage, étaient destinées à devenir reines de France, mais ne le sont jamais devenues. Adulées de leur vivant, elles se sont enfoncées dans l'ombre, faute d'avoir accédé à un trône qui leur était promis, et ont accompagné la fin d'un monde qui s'est englouti avec elles. Première des dauphines de France, Marie-Anne de Bavière (1660-1690), dite la Grande Dauphine, fut un temps l'ornement de la cour de Louis XIV. Le roi a réservé à sa belle-fille les plus grands honneurs et a voulu la traiter en " reine de substitution " après le décès précoce de son épouse, Marie-Thérèse. Mais le destin de cette Allemande à la cour de Versailles à son apogée fut bien triste. Trop sensible, trop " humaine ", elle offre le tableau d'une princesse hors de son temps à qui on aurait distribué un rôle pour lequel elle n'était pas faite et qui finit par en mourir. La deuxième dauphine de France nous mène à la charnière des XVIIe et XVIIIe siècles. Arrivée tout enfant, Marie-Adélaïde de Savoie (1685-1712), titrée duchesse de Bourgogne par son mariage avec l'aîné des petits-fils de Louis XIV, enchante la cour par la vivacité de son esprit et son aisance à gagner les coeurs, avant de sombrer à son tour dans le tragique. Elle meurt en effet de la petite vérole (en fait, la rougeole) en 1712, six jours avant son mari, laissant un fils, le futur Louis XV. Vingt années, c'est ce que vécut la troisième dauphine, Marie-Thérèse Raphaëlle d'Espagne (1726-1746), qui épouse le fils aîné de Louis XV. Seconde à la cour de France après la reine Marie Leszczynska, c'est une petite âme fragile et craintive qui décède après un an et demi de delphinat. Elle n'aura fait que passer, et elle aussi aura beaucoup souffert. Marie-Josèphe de Saxe (1731-1767), seconde épouse de Louis de France, la remplace. Et sa vie, à son tour, est toute d'amertume et de désillusion. La " Triste Pepa ", ainsi qu'elle se surnomme, si elle ne devient pas reine, donne néanmoins naissance à trois futurs rois : Louis XVI, Louis XVIII et Charles X. Enfin, une dernière fois, le destin s'acharne sur Marie-Thérèse de France (1778-1851), dite " Madame Royale ", future duchesse d'Angoulême. Cette " princesse du malheur " voit la fin de Versailles, l'éclatement de Révolution, avant d'être emprisonnée au Temple et de passer la plus grande partie de sa vie en exil. Cinq vies brisées, cinq portraits de femmes qui racontent autrement la grande et petite histoire.

Civil Society versus State In Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Vietnamese Tradition Proceeding of the American-European Symposium, Paris, May 29-31 The study of the social nature of man has been given a new dimension by work like those of Jürgen Habermas that no longer simply analyze the relations between the individual and the group, but that take into account both the effects the members of a group acting freely and spontaneously among themselves have upon the organization of a community and the constraints the very structure of the group exert upon itself, and these two aspects of the problem are now seen as interacting dialectically. How is a civil society created in the context of state rule ? How do the private and public sectors intrude upon one another ? What cultural and ideological conditions are necessary to create a given form of civil society ? A colloquium of specialists on East Asia who gathered together in Paris in 1991 tried to find at least partial answers to these questions as they concern the history of societies in China, Japan, Korea and Vietnam. This collection of the papers presented - in English and French - gives us a striking panoramic view of some of the most characteristic forms of the social systems of ancient, medieval and China, of feudal and post-feudal Japan, of traditional Korea and of Vietnam in the seventeenth century. A ces questions, un colloque de spécialistes de l'Asie orientale, réuni à Paris en 1991, a voulu apporter des éléments de réponse relativement à l'histoire des sociétés chinoise, japonaise, coréenne et vietnamienne. Le recueil des communications présentées - en anglais et en français - met en perspective certaines des formes les plus caractéristiques du système social de la Chine ancienne, médiévale et moderne, du Japon féodal et postféodal, de la Corée traditionnelle, du Viet-nam du XVIIè siècle.

In the modern world, computer systems are playing a greater and greater part in everyday life. From office work, to entertainment, to providing information, the personal computer is quickly becoming a more integral part of the home. However, most PC users have no idea how most of the parts which make up their computer work internally. I am one of those who find that the framework provided by the school curriculum in the United Kingdom is of great assistance in planning lessons and learning plans but the curriculum does not plan out the work for us. We therefore need to invest a lot of time and effort into developing schemes of work that will suit the people we are going to teach. For me, it is a fantastic opportunity to employ our imagination and creativity to make lessons useful and interesting for children of different abilities. It is why I wrote this book. This book is a foundation course for Advanced Computer Studies and designed as a blueprint to teach users with a basic knowledge of computer science. Computer science is a subject that combines the use of technology which is ICT (Information Communication Technology) and the creation of technology. To use ICT (the subject about how to use technology to communicate information) more effectively, we need to know how technology works. Computing or computer science will create a generation of young people able to work at the forefront of technology change. It is the umbrella term for the subject that comprises 3 elements : computer science, information technology and digital literacy. It is helpful to think of these as the foundations, applications and implications of digital technology. The new focus on computer science will provides a well-defined and rigorous academic discipline and a unique lens through which pupils can understand the world. Children must therefore be taught computing if they are to be ready for tomorrow technology challenges. Our ingenuity to invent new means of communicating with each other, our very human compulsion to communicate have driven the technological innovations of the past two centuries however still a lot remain to be done with the arrival of quantum computing. A more rigorous approach to computer science teaching will help compete across the full spectrum of digital industries. This can only be achieved by equipping ourselves with the foundation skills, knowledge and understanding of computing do the necessity to introduce "computational thinking" at school via the new national curriculum (programmes of study and targets), the 2014 national curriculum that introduces computing which will replace ICT.

Shigeru Mizuki est né en mars 1922 à Sakai-minato, petite ville côtière du sud-ouest du Japon. Il connaît dans cette province tranquille une enfance libre et heureuse, période faste dont il s'inspirera à de nombreuses reprises dans ses mangas. Très tôt, il montre des aptitudes étonnantes pour le dessin, talent encouragé sans réserve par ses parents. Il a à peine vingt ans lorsque la guerre du Pacifique vient interrompre ses espoirs de carrière. Enrôlé dans l'armée impériale japonaise, il est envoyé dans la jungle de Nouvelle-Guinée, où il va vivre un véritable cauchemar: il contracte rapidement la malaria, assiste à la mort de ses camarades et perd le bras gauche dans un bombardement... Détenu sur place à la fin de la guerre, il se lie avec les membres d'une tribu locale, amitié qui le sauvera de la famine, de la maladie et de la folie. Ce n'est finalement qu'en 1957, après une vie déjà trop riche de souvenirs et de blessures, qu'il entame la carrière de mangaka qui a fait de lui l'un des plus grands raconteurs d'histoires de son pays. Auteur singulier et généreux, il ne cesse d'explorer tout au long de son oeuvre les univers qui se cachent derrière notre monde pour mieux dire sa profonde compréhension de l'âme humaine, et communiquer à ses lecteurs l'empathie qu'il éprouve pour toutes les formes de vie. Après NonNonBâ et Opération Mort (Fauves du Meilleur Album et du Patrimoine en 2007 et 2009 au festival d'Angoulême), les éditions Cornélius présentent avec Vie de Mizuki un autre chef-d'oeuvre et une nouvelle facette de ce géant du manga. Le succès sans commune mesure de la bande dessinée au Japon, son ancrage dans la société, sa forme unique et ses thèmes de prédilection, s'expliquent une fois placés en regard de l'Ere Showa (1926-1989).
