Afin de se venger de l'énigmatique homme tout de blanc vêtu à l'origine de tous ses maux. Kinji commence déjà à avancer les pions du plan diabolique qu'il ourdit. Toutefois, sans prévenir, le beau et aimable Ninomiya réapparaît, et celui-ci forme alors un trio en compagnie de deux beautés. C'est le début de l'opération "Kinji le beau gosse" !

Après avoir été rejoint par Shia, il rencontre successivement une binoclarde nommée Raizaher et une demoiselle de bonne famille légèrement perverse sur les bords. De son côté, Wanibé vit désormais dans un village isolé de monstres qui l'ont pris en charge à son arrivée dans le passé. Se sentant bien dans son nouvel environnement, il a décidé de devenir leur défenseur. Entre des aventuriers corrompus manoeuvrant en secret et Rim que l'on découvre pétrifiée, la situation devient brûlante. Le cours de l'Histoire serait-il sur le point de prendre une direction inattendue ? ! Faites fortune dans la première série fantasy prolétarienne !

Il est aussi un homme se déplaçant dans le temps. Après avoir retrouvé certains de ses anciens partenaires Kinji doit ensuite faire preuve d'un ingénieux stratagème pour sauver Rim qu'il découvre pétrifiée. Ses souvenirs retrouvés. et en passe de dominer cette version du passé du monde d'Amulia, il ne lui reste maintenant plus qu'à retrouver Ranga. Mais il semblerait pour des raisons qui lui échappent, que ce garçon ait débuté une activité d'idole ambulante. Ranga arrivera-t-il à devenir la plus grande étoile de ce monde ? !

Kinji a 24 ans. Suite à des opérations immobilières, il a atteint son objectif ultime : toucher de l'argent en ne faisant absolument rien ! Mais cette douce existence prend fin lorsqu'il est tout d'un coup transporté dans un autre monde du nom d'AMOURIA ! Ce dernier est peuplé de créatures semi-humaines. Après avoir contracté de terribles dette, Kinji se retrouve à travailler 16 heures par jour dans une mine de pierres magiques. Mal payé et exténué, sa situation est misérable. Mais un jour, il découvre un passage secret vers les dangereuses profondeurs de la mine où se trouvent des pierres de grande valeur. Il convaint son collègue mi-homme, mi-lézard Wanibe d'y descendre avec lui. Une fois en bas, il rencontre un monstre géant qui offre de les protéger contre de la nourriture. Ce dernier se transforme alors en une jeune fille très mignonne prénommée Rimu. Il ne faudra pas oublier de l'alimenter car elle mangera le premier venu si elle a faim ! Kinji réussira-t-il à trouver des pierres magiques de valeur pour quitter l'enfer de cette mine ? Et comment pourra-t-il rentrer chez lui ?

The book addresses the question of whether, in an age of internationalisation and globalisation, cultural differences are still relevant to German-Irish corporate relationships ? The first three chapters establish the theoretical framework for the analysis by exploring the notion of culture, profiling the business cultures of both countries, and examining existing approaches to the study of parent company-foreign subsidiary relationships. In the following three chapters, using interviews carried out with two sample groups (fifteen German parent companies and fourteen of their Irish operations ; seven Irish parent companies and nine of their German operations), the parent companies in both groups are examined to see whether they demonstrate characteristics which are in keeping with their national business cultures. Their foreign operations are then analysed as is the parent company-foreign subsidiary relationship to determine whether any parent company influences are visible. The general approaches adopted by the two groups of parent companies to their foreign operations are compared and contrasted. Finally differences in national attitudes and values are identified and their impact assessed.

Luxembourg companies have a legal personality that is separate from that of their shareholder(s). Consequently, they may enter into agreements with their shareholders as they do with third parties. However, when the terms and conditions of those agreements do not adhere to the arm's length standard, tax adjustments may be required in accordance with the concepts of hidden dividend distribution and hidden capital contribution. Both concepts aim at a separation of the sphere of the company (which is itself subject to corporate income tax on its worldwide income) from that of its shareholders. As such, the concepts of hidden dividend distribution and hidden capital contribution are cornerstones of Luxembourg's transfer pricing rules. In addition, in the context of associated enterprises (in a group of companies), tax adjustments might be required under Article 56 of the Luxembourg Income Tax Law ("LITL"). Hence, a clear distinction must be made between agreements that adhere to the arm's length principle and agreements that, motivated by the shareholding relationship, shift advantages from the company to the shareholder or vice versa. Therefore, each contractual relationship between a company and its shareholder(s) must be considered. Luxembourg tax law does not provide for exhaustive definitions of hidden dividend distributions and hidden capital contributions. Both concepts have their origins in case law of the German Reich Tax Court (Reichsfinanzhof) and have been carefully extended and refined through the years by the German Federal Tax Court (Bundesfinanzhof). Since the publication of the first edition of this book back in 2011, the Luxembourg Courts had to decide in numerous cases involving both concepts. This book offers a one-of-a-kind, practical insight into the tax treatment of hidden dividend distributions, hidden capital contributions and triangular cases. The Wider Goldsmiths' Trade in Elizabethan and Stuart London
The Wider Goldsmiths' Trade in Elizabethan and Stuart London is the first book to study all aspects of the Goldsmiths' trade. It challenges the assumption that the manufacture of silver plate and gold jewellery was the company's only activity during the seventeenth century. It considers allied trades such as refining, wiredrawing, and the making of small-swords and watches, as well as the development of the modern banking system. On Elizabeth I's accession, England was essentially a 'third world economy', with exports mainly of wool, unfinished woolen cloth and some minerals, whilst imports consisted of a great range of goods including luxuries such as silks, fine linens, and even scissors. By the end of the seventeenth century, the situation was transformed : a burgeoning maritime trade with many parts of the world enabled the import of raw materials as well as some luxury goods and a wide range of exports which included certain goods produced in London with an international reputation for quality, such as beaver hats and mathematical instruments. Throughout the period, religious refugees and economic migrants brought their skills and knowledge to England. At the Restoration, Royalists returning to London from the Continent introduced French and Low Country fashions in dress, manners, cuisine and dining practice. Refining, wiredrawing, and the making of plate, smallwares and jewellery were at the heart of the trade and of concern to the Goldsmiths' Company that had responsibility for ensuring that the correct alloys were used for silver and gold wares. This was not always the case for clocks, watches and swords. Nevertheless, they are included in this study as several members of the Company were instrumental in the development of clock and watch making in the city. Towards the end of the seventeenth century, the great increase in the sale of watches with gold and silver cases forced the Company to become involved in the control of this trade. Similarly, after the Civil Wars, the wearing of the small-sword by all those with aspirations to gentility gave rise to a demarcation dispute between the Goldsmiths' and Cutlers' Companies. Further, during the Commonwealth, goldsmith-bankers developed the clearing system which led to modern retail banking. This book considers the wider Goldsmiths' trade against dynamic changes : the organization and control of its branches and the design, manufacture and sale of its wares. The twelve chapters cover a range of topics - from history and context, to the various branches of the trade.

The Sagho djebel is the eastern extension of the Anti-Atlas, a volcanic mountain with granitic mamelons, basaltic organs, chaos of black shales, pink sandstones... at the gates of the Sahara. As far as the eye can see, large wild, arid spaces. A desolate land made for the lonely DPM. And for a thousand miles around, silence is the only companion. Absolute plenitude and the desire to take to the track. From flat expanses to rolling hills, from sharp relief to steep canyons : pure, original nature. The character is strong, rustic but the heart is soft. The colours are soft and gentle. Ochre, pink, brown, violet, the colour chart stretches in a gradation of shimmering pastels, sometimes accompanied by an overwhelming heat. Eldorado in the heart of the desert, rare are the oases ; modest green spots in the infinitely large, they are the reminders that we are on African soil. The wild charm of the Sagho is due to its exceptional geology : high cliffs and steep peaks, tabular escarpments and deep canyons in the middle of which caravans of camels and mules circulate. When you arrive on these immense plateaus, the lunar horizon is so vast that you want to go everywhere at once to see if it is really as beautiful elsewhere ! The Sagho also surprises by the richness of its lights : limpid like those of the nearby Sahara, or sometimes in half-tone, as in the neighbouring Dades valley. The Sagho is also the Morocco of the last Berber nomads, descendants of the ancient lords Aït Atta. During the late 19th century, Caribbean society was generally controlled by the local plantocracy and the colonial administration of the Europeans. Barbados was so much the pride of the British colonies in the Caribbean that it was called "Little England". The life-blood of the society, the Black labouring classes, reaped very little of the social and economic benefits from the Sugar industry which the White planter-class owned and controlled. The Church was also controlled by the planter-class, and it functioned effectively to sustain a pattern of rigid social containment, and to work consistently for the maintenance of the status quo. Political religion in Barbados was therefore an engine of social control of the poor Blacks by the rich Whites. Cross and Crown together created "peace" and poverty.

Hilma af Klint. The Five Notebook 1
In 1896, Hilma af Klint and four other like-minded women artists left the Edelweiss Society and founded the "Friday Group", also known as "The Five". They met every Friday for spiritual meetings, including prayers, studies of the New Testament, meditation and séances. The medium exercised automatic writing and mediumistic drawing. Eventually they established contact with spiritual beings whom they called "The High Ones". In 1896, the five women began taking meticulous notes of the mediumistic messages conveyed by the spirits. In time, Hilma af Klint felt she had been selected for more important messages. After ten years of esoteric training with "The Five", aged 43, Hilma af Klint accepted a major assignment, the execution of The Paintings for the Temple. This commission, which engaged the artist from 1906 to 1915, changed the course of her life. In 1908, Rudolf Steiner, leader of the German Theosophical Society, held several lectures in Stockholm. He also visited af Klint's studio and saw some of the early Paintings for the Temple. In 1913, Steiner founded the Anthroposophical Society, which af Klint joined in 1920 and remained a member for the rest of her life.

«Phädon», or «On the Immortality of the Soul»
This is the first modern translation of Moses Mendelssohn's classic work of 1767, the Phädon. It includes Mendelssohn's own introduction and appendix, as well as footnotes and explanatory introduction by David Shavin. (Charles Cullen's translation of 1789 is the only other extant translation.) The "modern Socrates" of the German classical period, Mendelssohn has created a beautiful translation and elaboration of Plato's Phädo led to a revolution in thought, and a subsequent renaissance in Germany. The debt of the German classical period to ancient Greece is embodied in Mendelssohn's Phädon, as is the promise of the American Revolution. The translation and accompanying notes recapture Mendelssohn's unique marriage of depth of thought and breadth of appeal.

Quitte à débarquer dans un nouveau monde, autant bien s'entourer ! En se réveillant sur une paillasse, Michio Kaga est persuadé d'être en train de tester un nouveau jeu vidéo. Niveaux, statistiques, classes... Tout ce qui constitue un jeu de rôle classique est là. Adapté du light novel éponyme, Harem in the Fantasy World Dungeon s'écarte rapidement des classiques du genre pour proposer un isekai plus mature à l'univers légèrement sexy. L'ensemble est porté par un trait mettant aussi bien en valeur les courbes des personnages féminins que les scènes d'action !
